Why is the ACS (American Cancer Society) relentlessly avoiding the CBD (Cannabinoidal aka Marijuana) Cancer Cure?

I was checking my emails. Suddenly this one caught my eye. It was from the ACS, American Cancer Society and it was yet but another donation drive. Suddenly I felt outraged, harrassed even. If only many of us would unite for a class action lawsuit. How could they continue to push their old agenda when they should be cowardly hiding from the money they have stolen from humble people that donated while humbly really trying to help. I bet they have donations from the gov. itself… money laundry? The Doctors ave the proof and have commended it. It is time you crooks stop stealing from honest citizens and if anything do a 180 degree turn and begin to update your database on facts regarding CANCER CURES. BECAUSE THIS IS STUPID! ITS CYNICAL! ITS EVIL! ITS VILE! ITS CRUEL! ITS CRIMINAL!!! Okay? Get it? YOU ARE DOING A VERY WRONG THING HERE BY ALLOWING PAINFUL MURDER TO GO ON!

WHAT YOUUU are doing along with the national institute of health and the department of oncology is called organized racketeering international criminal activity and you are all acomplices…. you are doomed. RESIGN. We know about the secret patent on Marijuana/cannabis (Patent# ), look it up. We know you tryied to corner the market before okaying it on the fed level because then youd control it all, like you do with the prisons aka modern day slavery, like you do with the opiates and amphetamines through pharmacies. All those professional people.. doctors and lawyers.. athletes.. regulars… everyone needs this. INCLUDING YOUR FAMILY … if you rats have one. And our soldiers… the ones that have not killed themselves that are returning and need help… they are also very very VERY upset with you clowns. When did those rich of you decide to try turning America into a killer circus?

.. smells like revolution and the exposure of global not just local fraud to me. If Cannabis not only has ailments, some super like the apoptosis manifesting properties but never has one person died cause of it or for it… unless killed or gunned down by cops or drugdealers or robbers…

Well MANY MANY MANY world wide have evidence of the major ring infrastructure in place to sustain the current metropolis circulating around the corruption of the federal manipulation on the plant for its potential of PROFIT by keeping it away from the people… PRIVATE PROFIT that is.

You see… the whole world gave us this magical plant. it was and continues to be and will forever be, nothing less… than a gift from the cosmos. Like GOLD.. another highly sought after “precious” metal for “value”.. except.. gold seems to just sit there or hang.. depends how you use it. Some people drink it or eat it. Seen treats that look interesting, then seen the alcoholic drinks like Goldschlauger (no puns intended and not promoting them) and wow.. it hit me, how improper we were treating ourselves and the planet. Dont get me started on Alcohol and how the church helped that but the church (despite the factual content for cannabis in the testaments) the church sold out to the states for tax free lands …and the state eats kids, teens, parents alive for mistakes that those people were not trained to confront.

The sad crazy part is not everyone has or will have the internet. So they take advantage of this by filtering out who or what is at a place not convenient for the feds. Its like we are living in a f***ing NIGHTMARE lol but you have to laugh about it or else you go insane! -_- Dont try me though feds.. dont you dare tread on me. Eagle eye brethren.. we are 1 and we have resources greater than your agendas database shows… I come from the real world that allowed you to recieve the gifts for which you play with in these day from this planet… all those things you think you have mastered… are but decks of cards stacked precisely…

waiting for that one point of tipping energy… and only sometimes you get to know where it came from.

Howard Simon: A.C.L.U. Exec. Dir. of Florida okays Medical Marijuana movement!

Last week the American Civil Liberties Union issued a report (” The War on Marijuana in Black and White: Billions of Dollars Wasted on Racially Biased Arrests ” http://www.aclu.org/marijuana) confirming what everyone suspected: marijuana possession arrests are wasteful, destructive and marred by racial bias. The report, the first ever examining state and county marijuana arrest rates nationally by race, documents that while there were pronounced racial disparities in marijuana arrests 10 years ago – the problem has become significantly worse.”

Prior to his work with the ACLU, he taught philosophy at the University of Minnesota and was a faculty member in the Department of Philosophy and Religion at DePauw University in Indiana.

As Executive Director of the Florida affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union, Howard has overall responsibility for ACLU’s legal, public education, legislative lobbying, and membership and fund-raising programs. Howard has been a frequent guest editorial writer in many Florida newspapers, and regularly appears in the media challenging politicians and government policies that assault constitutional freedoms. The ACLU of Florida has approximately 15,000 members, a staff of 30 and maintains staffed offices in Jacksonville, Pensacola, and Tampa in addition to its headquarters in Miami. The ACLU has been extensively involved in addressing the need for electoral reforms in Florida. Following the voting problems that occurred in the 2006 Congressional District 13 Election in Sarasota, the ACLU played a key role in securing the end of the use of paperless electronic voting systems in Florida, leading to the 2008 election in which every county used the same voting technology (the optical scan voting system) for the first time. The organization has also led efforts to end Florida’s Civil War constitutional provision requiring a lifetime voting ban of former felons.

The ACLU of Florida is in the forefront of efforts to resist many of the anti-civil liberties initiatives originating from the Legislature and the Scott Administration. The ACLU filed numerous cases challenging efforts to make it more difficult to register new voters, reduce the number of early voting days, specifically banning voting on the Sunday prior to the Tuesday November Election, and more difficult to have your voted counted by requiring more people to vote by provisional, rather than regular ballot. The ACLU has challenged the Governor’s Executive Order mandating drug/urine screen tests for state employees in the absence of suspicion of illicit drugs. Another ACLU lawsuit resulted in a federal order blocking the law requiring all applicants for Temporary Assistance for Needy families (TANF) to submit to a suspicionless drug/urine test.

Howard Simon, executive director of the American Civil liberties Union of Florida says “States should… remove criminal and civil penalties.” I want to know why the ACLU has not ask a federal court to declare the enforcement of the marijuana laws is unreasonable deprivation of fundamental rights to liberty and property and contravenes Amendment IV and V?

Racial basis, selected enforcement of the marijuana laws is arbitrary enforcement which violates due process of law. Law enforcement calls it discretion that the marijuana laws are not uniformly applied. Such discretion demonstrates criminalizing marijuana is unreasonable and unnecessary because the possessor is no threat to the rights of others.

The ACLU has never claimed in a court of law that the marijuana laws are unreasonable regulation of fundamental rights to liberty and property protected by Amendments IV, V and XIV. Has never claimed the federal classification of marijuana as a controlled substance is arbitrary, violating due process of law

Why not because the judges will not hear a fundamental rights case because of public opinion is opposed to marijuana?

Cannabis and the Cognitive Dissonance of the Moral Minority

Cognitive Dissonance is a defense mechanism that most people have when core beliefs are challenged. People automatically close themselves down to ideas that can revolutionize their perception of life. For instance if you speak to someone who firmly believes that the world is flat and try to convince him or her that the opposite is true…you would encounter Cognitive Dissonance.

Who is the “Moral Minority”?

Before we used to call them the “Moral Majority” and they were the decision makers of old. To be quite frank, the “moral majority” were people who initially voted for slavery and the “moral majority” can also be thanked for the prolonging of the drug war.

But as time continues we are noticing a trend occur. The moral majority is quickly fading into the moral minority as logic and reason start becoming the deciding factor in public policy. Before, and still largely today, morality has become the tools of manipulation by political heads. They use core beliefs and religious association to influence this demographic of “moralists” to use their voting power to promote political agenda.

As the world embraced technology and information became more available “morality” started being questioned. Morality in essence is merely a personal perspective on an external situation. Some people think it immoral for women to wear skirts while others find it immoral for use strong language. Some people even believe that watching certain types of movies or listening to certain type of music is immoral. If they would have their way book burnings, lynching and the works would be back for business.

Why should Morality govern law?

What is moral for you might not be moral for me. How can morality then even be considered an element within the law making process? Morality is subjective and changes with time meaning that what was immoral today can be moral tomorrow.

Something so unstable, so malleable should never be a reason to make a law. Morality in terms of gay marriage, marijuana consumption and drug consumption for that matter, birth control, abortion and so forth should not be a reason to criminalize people.

The change in paradigm

Luckily people are waking up to the fact that morals should have nothing to do with law and more and more people are starting to vote with logic and reason. When we void ourselves of moral decisions and allow for clear cut unhindered scientific approaches we begin to realize that morality expresses itself in the respect of the freedom of others.

If you find marijuana consumption immoral…then don’t do it. It is immoral to dictate morals to other people. Just think about that for a bit.

Biographical note
David Prain was born to a saddler in Fettercairn, Scotland, on 11 July 1857. He attended the Fettercairn Parish School and the University of Aberdeen, from which he earned his M.A. in 1878. After teaching two years at the Ramsgate College, he returned to Aberdeen and moved to the University of Edinburgh, earning his M.D. in 1883 with highest honors. Prain was demonstrator of anatomy at the College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 1882 and 1883 and at the University of Aberdeen in 1883 and 1884.Meanwhile, Sir George King (1840–1909) was home on leave from his position as director of the Royal Botanic Garden at Calcutta and looking for a medical student with botanical interests to enter the Indian Medical Service. Prain was recommended and went to India, where he was first attached to various native regiments and then was appointed curator of the Herbarium and librarian in 1887. The same year, Prain wed Margaret Caird Thomson, daughter of Reverend William Thomson of Belhevie, south of Aberdeen. The Prains had one son, Theodore, who was killed in World War I. When William Thiselton-Dyer (1848–1928) retired in 1898, Prain took his job as director of the Royal Botanic Garden at Calcutta as well as the Botanical Survey of India and superintendent of Cinchona Cultivation in Bengal, remaining there until 1905. From 1898 to 1905 he also served as professor of botany at the Medical College of Calcutta. In 1905 he was appointed director of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where he remained until 1922. He served as director of Forest Products Research from 1922 to 1925.

Sir David Prain worked on the tropical flora of Africa, on the genus Dioscorea with Isaac Henry Burkill (1870–1965), and on Argemone, Cannabis, quinine and others. Prain served as vice-chair and chair of the Council of the School of Tropical Agriculture, chair of the John Innes Horticultural Institution, and treasurer of the Royal Society for ten years, was knighted in 1912, and was elected president of the Linnaean Society from 1916 to 1919 (and a Fellow from 1888 on). He died at Whyteleaf, Kent, England, on 16 March 1944.

They compared 40,000 different points in their brains looking for signs of thickness in the brain tissue.

They “discovered” that the brains of children diagnosed with ADHD were a little behind schedule in growing. Yes, you heard that right. They said they are about three years behind the brains of other children. Everything else was normal. They said if they wait three years those children will catch up and turn out just fine.

Now who is “they?” Dr. Phillip Shaw from the National Institute of Health (probably also gets paid under the table by the Feds to keep Cannabis off the market… quasi off the market, as its on the market in half of the United States… lol United, what a joke, divided by evil authority), which is probably the National Institute of Mental Health — they are the ones who did this research and this research has been making the rounds in mainstream media. You hear stories about it all over the radio. I heard one on national public radio today.

It just blew my mind. I will tell you why in a minute. Headlines in newspapers and magazines, TV news, cable news networks all across the country — they have experts on there now claiming that ADHD is a physical disease. There is something wrong with the brains of these children. Apparently they forgot to look at the research that came out just two days before. Do you know what that research shows?
